INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your lonobox weather station. The weather station consists of a gateway with
corresponding measuring devices that collect and send a wide range of weather data such as temperature,
humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall and barometric pressure.
MAIN UNIT
The gateway unit is the main unit that collects data from the wireless measuring devices and sends them
over the Internet to your smartphone, tablet or computer.
SENSORS
All measuring devices are battery powered and they send weather data to the gateway unit wirelessly. The
measuring devices can consist of a temperature/humidity sensor, anemometer and rain gauge. There is
also a built-in barometer in the gateway unit. It is possible to connect additional measuring devices to the
lonobox weather station. All measuring devices include batteries.
REQUIREMENTS
Since the lonobox weather station collects and sends weather data over the Internet, the weather station
requires access to the Internet via an Ethernet cable, for example, through an Internet router.
To view weather data from the lonobox weather station, a smartphone, tablet or computer with Internet
access is required.
