The EU-Representative hereby declares that the aerial device has been examined and
tested and it is in compliance with the directives and standards referred to.
However, this partly completed machinery may NOT be put into service until it has been
installed on a carrier vehicle according to the advised methods in the Manufacturer’s
Installation Manual and the mounting specifications of the vehicle manufacturer, and the
completed MEWP has been declared in conformity with the provisions of aforementioned
directives and relevant standards by the Installer.
