The Liebert AHU serves as a comprehensive thermal management solution, maintaining precise temperature and humidity levels within technological ecosystems. It integrates advanced cooling, airflow management, and control technologies to ensure the stable and reliable operation of critical IT equipment. Usage Features:

  • iCOM Controller: The unit is equipped with an iCOM Controller featuring an easy-to-use interface and "auto-restore on power-failure" capability. It can store up to 400 records and connects directly to the facility network (Ethernet) for synchronous communication with multiple AHU units, enhancing reliability and centralized monitoring.
  • 9-inch Color Display: A standard 9-inch multi-color 800×480 dot-matrix liquid crystal touchscreen with white backlight simplifies operation and visualizes unit status.
  • Dual Power Supply- ATS: Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) detects and switches between two power sources, ensuring continuous operation and providing power alarm signals.
  • Sensors:
    • Supply Air Temperature Sensor: Monitors and allows setting of supply air temperature, triggering alarms if set values are exceeded.
    • Return Air Temperature & Humidity Sensor: Detects return air temperature and humidity, with user-definable setpoints and alarm triggers.
    • Supply Air Pressure Sensor: Detects pressure difference to control fan speed.
    • Airflow Meter: Calculates real-time airflow based on pressure difference.
    • Power Meter: Detects electrical parameters like power, frequency, voltage, and current.

Maintenance Features:

  • Easy Installation: The unit is delivered in two sections (upper and lower cabinets) for easier handling and installation. Lifting tooling is required for hoisting the upper cabinet.
  • Maintenance Space: A minimum of 1.1 m maintenance space is required at the rear of the equipment for servicing and repairs.
  • Filter Replacement: Features MERV8 plate air filters (or optional MERV11) with large dust capacity, large airflow, small resistance, and easy installation.
  • Belt Type Leak Detector: Placed in low-lying areas to detect water leakage, covering a larger range than standard leak detection plates.
  • iCOM Controller Logging: Stores up to 400 records, aiding in proactive maintenance and troubleshooting by providing insights into trends and unit functioning.
  • Event Log: Records the last 400 events by date/time, with color-coded status indicators for easy identification of warnings and alarms.
  • Alarm Management: Allows viewing, silencing, and acknowledging alarms. Unacknowledged alarms remain active until the triggering condition is resolved.
  • Run Hours Management: Users can view and reset run hours for components, and set total run-time limits.
