Removing the hub bearings
- Check the state of the bearings being examined
(wear, clearance and noisiness). If faults are de-
tected, do the following.
- Use the specific bearing extractor to remove the
three 15 mm bearings (2 in the crankcase and 1 in
the hub cover).
Specific tooling
001467Y013 Pliers to extract ø 15-mm bearings
Removing the wheel axle bearings
Hold up the hub cover and take out the bearing.
