tion Number (RA Number).
STEP 3
Send the unit and information card back to the appropriate Vetta Customer Service Center, together with the
original copy of your purchase receipt and a detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing. Please
be sure to write the Return Authorization Number (RA Number) on your return package.
