This document is a user manual for a VEVOR Model: DT2W induction cooker. It provides instructions for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Function Description
The VEVOR DT2W is a two-burner induction cooker designed for household use. It features independent power control for each furnace area, allowing for flexible cooking. The appliance offers multiple heating levels, including a rapid heating "P" gear, and a timing function for setting shutdown times. It also incorporates safety features such as a child lock, panel high-temperature warning, and protection against overheating. The cooker is designed to be either embedded into a counter or used on a tabletop, with specific installation requirements for proper heat dissipation.

Usage Features
- Power On/Off: The appliance powers on by opening the main power supply knife. Each furnace area has an independent power button. Pressing the power button turns on the burner and enters standby mode (displaying '0').
- Standby Mode: Displays '0' when not heating. The appliance automatically exits standby and returns to shutdown if no operation occurs for a long time.
- Heating Control: In standby mode, push the regulator to activate heating. The digital display will change from '0' to a number (1-9 or P) indicating the heating level.
- Firepower Adjustment: The regulator allows adjustment from gear 1 to 9 for normal heating. 'P' provides rapid heating for 3 minutes before returning to gear 9. '0' stops heating.
- Shutdown: Long press the power button for two seconds to exit heating and return to shutdown state.
- Child Lock: Long press the child lock key for 2-3 seconds to lock or unlock. When locked, the digital display shows 'Lo'. This function can be operated in shutdown, standby, or heating states. Once locked, no other health operations can be performed.
- Timing Function: Press the timing button in heating mode to set a shutdown time, with a default of 00 minutes. Adjust time progressively (1 minute increments, up to 99 minutes). After adjustment, the digital display flashes several times before steadying, indicating successful setting. The small dot at the lower right corner of the display digital number in the furnace area flashes to indicate active timing.
- Panel High Temperature Warning: After use, if residual heat remains on the furnace panel, 'H' will be displayed as a warning against scalding.
- Usable Pans: All flat-bottomed pots, preferably iron pots containing magnetic material.
- Installation: The cooker can be installed embedded in a counter or used on a tabletop. For embedded installation, specific clearances (30-50mm on left, right, and behind) are required for heat dissipation. The counter interior should be large enough to ensure sufficient cold air intake. Inlet air (cold air) must be separated from outlet air (hot air) space. Air inlets and outlets in the counter should be left open. For tabletop use, high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant material (e.g., marble) should be used underneath to protect against heat generated at the bottom.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not overheat an empty pan.
- Do not carry the cooker with a loaded appliance.
- Keep children away from the appliance during operation to avoid scalding.
- Avoid touching the black crystal plate and appliance surface during operation due to high temperatures.
- Do not use in bathrooms, near gas stoves, or in damp/flammable/explosive environments.
- Do not place metal objects (knives, forks, spoons, lids) on the cooking area to prevent them from getting hot.
- Place the equipment horizontally, at least 30 cm away from walls or objects.
- Do not heat paper, cloth, or other articles indirectly on the panel.
- Do not directly heat canned or sealed containers without opening them to prevent explosion.
- Do not heat aluminum foil directly or indirectly.
- This product is for household use only; not for industrial or medical purposes.
- Unplug the power cord when not in use to prevent damage from long-term electricity, aging, or fire.
- Do not touch the panel immediately after cooking due to residual heat.
- Do not use pots and pans with painted bottoms.
- Do not heat plastic containers or paper on panels.
- Avoid hitting the black crystal panel with hard objects or sharp instruments.
- Do not use the infrared cooker on carpets or tablecloths to avoid blocking exhaust/suction ports.
- Do not heat food directly on the panel, especially high-fat foods, to prevent oil ignition.
- The induction cooker cannot be operated by external timers or independent remote control systems.
- Do not place the infrared cooker on iron, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal panels, as magnetic field lines can burn out the bottom.
- Do not flush with water directly to prevent internal electronic component failure.
- A dedicated power protection air switch must be incorporated into the fixed wiring.
- Never use in high-temperature environments.
- Never wash directly with water or use a steam cleaner.
- Never operate without food in a pot to avoid affecting performance or danger.
- Use pots resistant to temperatures over 200°C.
- Do not touch hot heating zones after use.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.
- Do not place rough or uneven appliances that may damage the ceramic surface.
- If the surface is cracked, pull the plug to avoid electric shock.
