5. Stand on the rubber section of the VibroSlim
Radial 3D with your legs about shoulder width
apart. Slightly bend your knees and keep your
back straight. This position can exercise your
waist and buttocks.
2. Sit on the VibroSlim Radial 3D and put your arms
and legs out in front of you. This position can
exercise your shoulders, back, arms, and legs.
3. Lay comfortably on carpet or some type of
padding, place your legs on the machine and
raise your hips. Support yourself with your arms
underneath your body. This is a great leg and
buttocks exercise.
1. Stand with your feet hip width apart, and raise
your arms above your head. This position can
exercise thighs, alleviate pain and soreness,
improve blood circulation and reduce fat deposits.
4. Stand on the rubber section of the VibroSlim
Radial 3D with your legs about shoulder width
apart. Keep your back straight and reach your
arms behind to give yourself a good shoulder
stretch.
