Attaching upper handle
Attaching the throttle control
• Attach the throttle control to the inside of
the upper handle, so that the lever lifts
upward toward the user.
• Position the control to allow enough slack
in the cable to prevent kinking when
handles are folded down
• Attach the upper handle to the lower locks
provided.
• Flip the handle toggles up to secure the
upper handle to the lower handle.
Attach the upper handle to the
lower handles using the knobs
and bolts provided. The knobs
should be on the outside.
