Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Mower does not
start
Battery is not inserted correctly. Fully insert the battery, making sure
it clicks into place.
Battery is not charged. Push the charge indicator button
on the battery to see if the charge
level of the battery. If no or low
charge, place battery into charger
for at least 30 minutes (2Ah) or 1
hour (4Ah).
Debris blockage After removing battery, ensure
that catcher is empty. Remove
catcher and lift rear flap; Remove
any blockage from rear chute.
Tilt mower to check under deck
for debris build up; scrape off if
present.
Mower not
mulching properly
Wet grass clippings are sticking
to underside of deck.
Wait until grass dries before
mowing.
Mulch plug missing. Insert mulch plug.
Mower is hard to
push
Cutting height is set too low for
the length of grass.
Raise the cutting height.
Rear of grass catcher dragging
in thick grass.
Regularly empty the grass clippings
from the catcher.
Mower
demonstrates
excessive noise
and / or vibration
Blade unbalanced due to
damage.
After removing battery, tilt the
mower up to inspect the blade.
Replace if worn / damaged.
Motor shaft is bent. Contact Authorized Service Dealer.
