1. Check whether Sleep mode is enabled.
2. Check if there is a power outage in your area.
3. Turn on the display, provide an acve signal, and
see if the problem is with the signal or external
control system.
The power indicator

response
1. Ensure the power cable is connected and not loose.
2. Check that the power outlet is funconing properly
and meets the required electrical requirement.
The display does not
recognize the USB
storage device
1. Ensure the drive is either formaed for FAT32 or
NTFS.
2. If the USB storage device needs external power,
connect its power adapter to an electrical outlet.
Video Not Working Properly
