12 - Risoluzione di eventuali problemi dell’APP
- Cosa fare se l'APP non riesce a controllare correttamente
la telecamera
Se l'APP improvvisamente perde il controllo, a causa di un problema di
rete o per il fatto che la telecamera è o󰀪ine:
1- vericare che la telecamera sia correttamente alimentata e accesa
2- Mantenere l'APP attiva per almeno 3 minuti e vericare se la
telecamera torna online.
3- Se la telecamera risultasse ancora o󰀪ine, posizionare lo
smartphone nelle immediate vicinanze della telecamera, quindi
connettersi alla stessa rete Wi-Fi e cercare di aprire una pagina
Web per vericare lo stato della rete e il corretto funzionamento
della connessione ad Internet che deve essere attiva.
- Cosa fare se, dopo che la telecamera è stata correttamente
congurata in Internet, si dovesse perdere il controllo
remoto quando lo smartphone si allontana e aggancia
un’altra rete.
Nel caso in cui si verichi tale situazione, è possibile che la telecamera
e il telefono siano collegati ma non abbiano connessione alla rete
internet.
1- Posizionare lo smartphone accanto alla telecamera, connettersi
quindi allo stesso Wi-Fi della telecamera e cercare di aprire una
pagina Web vericando che il Wi-Fi permetta la connessione ad
Internet.
2- Se non si riesce ad accedere a Internet, si consiglia di riavviare il
router.

- What to do if the App is unable to control the camera
correctly
If the App suddenly loses control, due to a network problem or because
the camera is o󰀪ine:
1- make sure the camera is powered and turned on
2- Keep the App active for at least 3 minutes and check whether the
camera comes back online.
3- If the camera is still o󰀪ine, place the smartphone in the immediate
vicinity of the camera, then link up to the same Wi-Fi network and
try to open a website page to check the state of the network and the
correct operation of the Internet connection, which must be active.
- What to do if, after the camera has been correctly
congured on the Internet, remote control is lost when the
smartphone moves away and links up to another network.
If this occurs, the camera and the phone may be connected to one
another but they may not be connected to the Internet.
1- Position the smartphone next to the camera, then link up to the
same Wi-Fi as the camera and try to open a website page, making
sure the Wi-Fi allows connection to the Internet.
2- If you are unable to access the Internet, we recommend you restart
the router.
