degli stessi ed accessi non autorizzati.

È responsabilità di ogni singolo interes

sato garantire e vericare la titolarità
e la custodia delle proprie password
e dei relativi codici di accesso alle
risorse web. L’Interessato al momento
della richiesta di intervento al Centro
Assistenza Vimar, per poter consentire
le attività di assistenza, deve fornire la
password di accesso al sistema. La
fornitura della stessa è considerata
come consenso al trattamento. Ogni
Interessato sarà responsabile e dovrà
modificare la password di accesso
al proprio sistema a seguito di ogni
intervento svolto da parte del Centro

Nel caso in cui i prodotti riprendano
spazi pubblici, non solo la proprietà
privata, dovrà essere apposta, in modo
visibile, l’informativa di ‘area video

sorvegliata’ prevista dalla normativa
privacy e riportata nel sito del Garante
della Privacy.

Bereitstellung des Passworts wird
als Zustimmung zur Verarbeitung
betrachtet. Jede
betro󰀨ene Person ist dafür verantwort

lich, das Passwort zum Zugri󰀨 auf ihr
System nach dem Eingri󰀨 durch den
Kundendienst zu ändern
Falls die Produkte außer dem Pri

vatbesitz ebenfalls öffentliche Be-
reiche aufnehmen sollten, muss an
sichtbarer Stelle die lt. italienischem
Datenschutzgesetz vorgesehene und
auf der Website der italienischen
Datenschutzbehörde abgedruckte
Erklärung 'Videoüberwachter Bereich'
angebracht werden.

répondre aux raisons pour lesquelles
elles ont été saisies. Vimar S.p.A.
garantit l’adoption et le respect des
mesures de sécurité visant à éviter
la perte des données, leur éventuelle
utilisation illicite ou incorrecte et les
accès non autorisés. Les données de
la personne concernée seront traitées
conformément aux principes exposés
dans la note d’information consultable

Chaque personne concernée est tenue

passe et codes d'accès aux ressources
sur Internet. Pour toute demande
d’assistance au Centre d’Assistance
Vimar, la personne devra fournir le mot
de passe d'accès au système pour per

mettre les opérations d’assistance. En
fournissant le mot de passe, elle donne
l'autorisation au traitement. Chaque
personne concernée sera responsable
et devra modifier le mot de passe
d’accès au propre système après que
le Centre d’Assistance aura e󰀨ectué
une intervention.
Si les produits lment des espaces
publics dépassant la propriété privée,
la signalisation « site sous vidéo-pro

tection » prévue par la norme sur la
condentialité et indiquée sur le site
du Contrôleur de la protection des
données devra être exposée de ma

Vimar S.p.A. guarantees that the

S.p.A. guarantees the implementation

data subject’s data will be processed
in accordance with the provisions of
the product privacy policy which can
