Why won't my Visioneer ROADWARRIOR 4D Scanner scan?
    • D
Dr. William Johnson MDJul 27, 2025
If your Visioneer Scanner isn't scanning, first check the cable connections to ensure they are securely plugged in. Confirm that the scanner's status light is on; if not, press the power button. As well, restarting both your computer and the scanner may help. Avoid using a USB hub; instead, connect the scanner directly to the computer with a USB cable that is 6’ or less in length.
