5.8 Custom Definitions
5.8.1 Custom Zone Names
From PowerMaster v20.2 onwards the name of 06: Custom Names and Cust. Zones Name has changed:
Version 19.4 or earlier:
CUST.ZONES NAME

5.8.4 Custom Zone Types
From PowerMaster v20.2 onwards it is possible to define up to two custom zone types. You can configure these two
zones types to meet specific installation requirements and to enroll devices to the custom zone types sub menu.
To define a custom zone type, from the installer menu, follow the flow diagram below:

ZONE TYPES
Enter the CUSTOM 1 or CUSTOM 2 sub menu and complete the following instructions:
Option Configuration Instructions
TYPE
Use this configuration to define the zone type.
Note: See the installation manual for a description of the zone types.
Options: Perimeter (default); Perim-Follow; Interior; Inter-Follow and 24h
REPORT TO
Use this configuration to define where the event message is reported to.
Select Private to send the event to private telephone or SMS numbers.
Select C.S. to send the event to the central monitoring station,
Select Private and C.S. to send the event to both private telephone/SMS numbers and central
monitoring station.
Options: Private (default); C.S.; and Private and C.S.
ACTIVATE SIRENS
Use this configuration to define whether sirens enrolled in the zone are activated following an
event.
Select Enable to activate sirens on the zone.
Select Disable to prevent sirens from being activated on the zone.
Options: Disable (default); and Enable
