getpan 0, <positive integer> Get the current pan position.

getpanangle <integer> Get the current pan angle.
*Only available when bit0 of
"capability_camctrl_c<0~(n-1)>_buildinpt" is "1"
gettilt 0, <positive integer> Get the current tilt position.
