STOP immediately to avoid its or high-pressure pump damaging.
• Try to find out the causes or require assistence of a Volare Representative.
• It does not need to drain the filter (2). Change it according to the Preventive
Maintenance Chart.
ATTENTION:
The injection system failures, caused by fuel filter defficiency or contamination
by water, will not be covered by the warranty.
LOW-PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING
The bleeding is performed by manually activating the fuel pump.
Procedure:
1-
Release the switching-arm (A) of the bleeding pump turning it
counterclockwise;
2- Loosen the bleeding bolt (B);
3- Pump the switching arm (A) until the fuel comes out without bubbles by means
of the bleeding bolt (B); 4- Feche o parafuso de sangria e o manípulo da bomba;
5- Start the engine, checking it for leakage.
IMPORTANT:
In any case, open any high-pressure tube or electroinjectors to perform the
bleeding, the pressure in the tubes may cause severe accidents.
