• This guarantee does not apply if the defect in the devices is due to
improper handling and/or non-compliance with the manuals.
• This guarantee does not extend to services provided by the
authorized dealer or by the customer himself (e.g. installation,
configuration, software downloads). Manuals and any software
supplied on a separate data carrier are also excluded from the
warranty.
• The proof of purchase, with the date of purchase, shall serve as proof
of warranty. Warranty claims must be made within two months of
becoming aware of the warranty claim.
• Replaced devices or their components that are returned to Volla
Systeme GmbH as part of the replacement shall become the property
of Volla Systeme GmbH.
• This warranty applies to new devices purchased in the European
Union. The guarantor for devices purchased in Germany is Volla
Systeme GmbH, Kölner Straße 102, 42897 Remscheid in Germany.
• Further or other claims under this manufacturer’s warranty are
excluded. Volla Systeme GmbH shall not be liable for business
interruption, loss of profit and the loss of data, additional software
installed by the customer or other information. The customer shall be
responsible for backing up such data. The exclusion of liability shall
not apply where liability is mandatory, e.g. under the Product Liability
Act, in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health
or breach of material contractual obligations. However, the claim for
damages for the breach of essential contractual obligations is limited
to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless there is
intent or gross negligence or liability for injury to life, limb or health or
under the Product Liability Act.
• The warranty period shall not be extended by any warranty service
provided.
• If there is no warranty case, Volla Systeme GmbH reserves the right
to charge the customer for the replacement or repair. Volla Systeme
GmbH shall inform the customer of this in advance.
• The above provisions do not imply a change in the rules governing
the burden of proof to the detriment of the customer.

DISCLAIMER
The display of your mobile device consists of pixels. Each pixel consists
of three sub-pixels (red, green, blue).
It may happen that a sub-pixel fails or shows a color deviation.
A warranty claim only exists if the maximum number of permitted pixel
errors is exceeded.
Signs of use on the display and housing are excluded from the warranty.
