Children may only use the cell phone under adult supervision.
PLAYING
• Playing on the cell phone for long periods may lead to unhealthy
posture. Take a 15-minute break after every hour. If you feel unwell
while playing, stop playing immediately. If this condition persists,
consult a doctor immediately.
AIRPLANES, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC SAFETY
• Switch o your cell phone in the aircraft. Please observe the
applicable restrictions and regulations. Wireless devices can interfere
with the functions of aeronautical equipment. Always follow the
instructions of the aircraft crew when using your cell phone.
• As a driver of a vehicle, the top priority is the safety of road traic
and road users.
• Using your cell phone while driving can distract you and lead to
dangerous situations. It may also violate applicable laws.
DEFECTIVE DEVICES
• Only qualified service personnel may install or repair the products.
• Dispose of defective devices responsibly or have them repaired by
our customer service department; such devices could interfere with
other wireless services.
• Rough handling of the cell phone, e.g. dropping it, can break the
display and damage the electronic circuitry and sensitive internal
parts.
• Do not use the device if the display is cracked or broken. Glass or
plastic splinters can injure your hands and face.
• If the cell phone, battery or accessories malfunction, please contact
Volla Systeme customer service for inspection.
FURTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Never point the flash directly at the eyes of people or animals. If
flash light is directed too close to the human eye, there is a risk of
temporary loss of sight or damage to eyesight.
• When running energy-intensive apps or programs on the device over
a longer period of time, the device may become warm. This is normal
and has no eect on the performance of the device.
• If the device becomes hot, please put it aside for a while and interrupt
any program you are running. There is a risk of slight skin irritation,
e.g. reddening of the skin, on contact with a hot device.
• Do not paint the cell phone. Lacquer/paint can damage the parts of
the cell phone and may cause malfunctions.
The consumer (customer) is granted a durability guarantee under the
following conditions, without prejudice to his claims for defects against
the seller:
• New devices and their components which show a defect due to
manufacturing and/or material faults within 24 months of purchase
shall be replaced or repaired by Volla Systeme GmbH free of charge
at its own discretion with a state-of-the-art device. For wearing parts
(e.g. batteries, keyboards, housings), this durability guarantee shall
apply for six months from the date of purchase.
