Press the on/off button to turn the product on.1.
Hold the measurement instrument so that the sensor at the back is completely exposed.2.
If the display does not show the reading 0.0, press and hold the ZERO button for approx. 3.

calibrated and ready for use.
Now start the measurement and follow the instructions outlined in the sections above.4.

Press the MODE button. The high alarm value (HIGH) is displayed.1.
Press the UP APO button to increase the value, or the DOWN button to decrease the value. 2.
To fast forward through the values, press and hold the corresponding button.
Conrm your selection by pressing the MODE button. The low alarm value (LOW) is 3.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The measuring device is maintenance-free apart from the need to replace the battery and •
occasional cleaning.
Use a clean, lint-free, antistatic and slightly damp cloth to clean the device. Do not use any •
abrasive or chemical agents or detergents containing solvents.
DISPOSAL

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household
waste!
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory
regulations.
(Rechargeable) batteriesb)
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/
rechargeable batteries. Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries that include hazardous substances are labelled with
these icons to indicate that disposal in domestic waste is forbidden. The descriptions
for the respective heavy metal are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (the
designation is written on the rechargeable battery e.g. under the rubbish can symbols
depicted at the left).
You can return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at the ofcial
collection points of your community, in our stores, or wherever batteries/ rechargeable
batteries are sold!
You thus full your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
