5. Set the load selection switch (6) to set the test current. Please refer to the following table for correct setting.
Switch position Left Centre Right
Battery voltage 1.2V/ 1.5V 3V/ 12V 6V/ 9V
Test current 30mA 6 – 24mA 30 – 40mA
6. Insert the test battery as indicated in the following diagram.
For round cells or button cells For 9V battery
Quit the stand-by mode by either pressing and holding the “MODE/START” button (4) for 3 seconds or operating the “ON/OFF”
switch (9).
