Repair Instructions
Applies only to KA(M)D44P-B/44P-C/300
Insert the cable for the injector through the valve cov-
er. Press the rubber grommet into place at the same
time as the valve cover is lowered against the cylin-
der head. Install the retaining clip. Connect the cable
to the engine cable harness.
Check that the cable is clear of the rocker arms
through the oil filler hole.

Install the pipe for the smoke limiter (31/32/41/42/43
series only). Socket 13 mm.

Install the lifting brackets. Install the thermostat
housing using new sealing ring. Socket 12 mm, 13
mm.
Install the circulation pump outer pulley.

Install the exhaust manifold with air filter bracket.
NOTE! Install only the nuts illustrated. Socket 15 mm.
