Using the tuner

reduction,arebypassed,andthe
tunerfunctionisturnedon.
2. Playanyopenstringontheguitar.
 Becarefulnottoplayanyoftheotherstrings.
3. Roughlytunethestringuntil
thebutton(BANKandchannel
buttons)indicatingthestringthat
wasplayedlightsup.
4. Whilecheckingtheeffect
selectionbuttons,correctly
tunetheguitar.
5. PresstheTAPbuttontoturn
offthetunerfunctionand
cancelbypass.

Saving a program
Afteradjustingthevariousknobsandbuttonsonthetoppaneltocreate
yourdesiredsound,itcanbesaved(written)asauserprogram.

Whensavingprogramstochannelswithinthesamebank,startthe
procedurefromstep3.

2. PresstheBANKbuttontoselectthebankwheretheprogramwillbesaved.

 ThebypasssettingoftheeffectandthePOWERLEVELsetting
arenotsavedwiththeprogram.
 If,whilecreatingasoundinthepresetprogramsmodeorthe
userprogrammode,youswitchtoanotherprogramortomanual
modeorturnofftheampbeforesavingthesoundthatyouare
creating,thechangesthatyoumadewillbelost.
Restoring the factory settings
Here’showtorestoreallsettingsoftheVT100Xtotheirfactory-setstate.
 Whenthisoperationisdone,allprogramssavedtochannelsaswell
asallsettings,suchascustomampsettingsstoredfromtheEditor/
Librariansoftware,willberesettothefactorydefaults.
1. Turnoffthepower.
2. WhileholdingdowntheCH1andCH4buttons,turnontheamp.After
theBANKandchannelbuttonsblink,releasethepressedbuttons.
