Handset display icons
overview
• The battery is low and
needs charging.
• On when the battery is fully
charged.
• Flashes when the battery is
charging.
• Handset ringer is off.
• On when there are new
and unread voicemail
messages.
• Keypad lock is on.
• Alarm alert is on.
• CS2050 series only.
• Steadily ON: When
answering system is on.
• Flash: When new TAM
message is received.
• Speakerphone is on.
• Line is in use.
• Flash when there is an
incoming call.
• On when intercom call is
connected.
• Flashes when an incoming
internal call.
• On when the handset is
within the range of the
base.
• Flashes when the handset
is in marginal range to the
base.
• Off when the handset is
out of the coverage range.
• Left and right soft keys.
• More characters before
and after the text currently
displayed.
• Left soft key.
• Press to select menu
options.
• Left soft key.
• Press to select/ confirm/
save the current selection.
• On when new call is
