What to do if my VTech IP Phone does not work at all?

If your VTech IP phone isn't working, ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into an outlet not controlled by a wall switch. Also, check that the telephone line cord is firmly plugged into both the telephone base and the wall jack. Make sure the batteries are installed and charged correctly. For optimum daily performance, return the handset to the telephone base after use. If problems persist, remove and reinstall the batteries, then charge for up to 16 hours. If the issue remains, consider purchasing new batteries.
