Maintenance
Check cooling systems, heating and hoses for leaks and pressure (visual check)

Check the pilot control filter for dirt, clean it if necessary

Clean the cab air filter of the heating system
●

Replace the cab air filter of the heating system ●● Check the air filter for damage ●● Check the air filter elements for dirt, replace them if necessary ●● Check correct function of air filter contamination gauge ●● Remove dust from dust valve

Prefilter with water separator: drain water

Diesel particulate filter (option) – see chapter 5.9 Diesel particulate filter (option) on page 5-16 ●● ● ●● Check the exhaust gas recirculation valve, clean it if necessary ●● Check V-belt condition and tension

Check valve clearance. Adjust if necessary
