      If your AC product isn't working and the green light is off, it could be due to several reasons. First, the connected AC product might be rated at more than 700 watts, causing an overload shutdown. Try using a product with a power rating of less than 700 watts. Alternatively, a high starting surge might have triggered the overload shutdown, even if the AC product is rated below 700 watts; in this case, use a product with a starting surge power of less than 1800 watts. Also, ensure the lighter socket or 12-volt outlet is active by turning the ignition key to the accessory position. Poor contact with the socket could also be the issue; press the inverter firmly into the lighter socket and ensure it's clean. A discharged battery or a blown fuse could also be the cause.
