Warranty
Apparent faults are to be reported within 8 days after receipt of the goods, if not, the purchaser loses all
rights with regards to these faults. We supply guarantee for our machines when correctly used for the
period of the legal guarantee period as from the handover in such way, that we replace every machine
part we receive within this period of time and that in this period of time became verifiably useless
because of material – or production defects, with no charge. For every part we do not manufacture
ourselves, in this respect we only guarentee we shall claim our guarantee with our supplier(s). The cost
of installing the new parts are for the buyer. Exchange – and reduction claims and other compensation
claims are excluded.
