  If your WAGNER Paint Sprayer has little to no material flow, several factors could be the cause. First, the nozzle or suction tube might be clogged, requiring cleaning. The material flow setting could be too low, so try increasing it. Ensure the suction tube is tightly in place and that the air vent on it isn't blocked. A loose container can prevent pressure build-up, so tighten it. Check that the air valve tube is properly connected and the valve seal is in place. Also, the air filter might be clogged, needing replacement. Finally, the spray material may be too thick and need thinning, or the nozzle seal might be missing or worn, requiring nozzle replacement.
