  If your WAGNER Paint Sprayer has little to no material flow, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the nozzle is clogged and clean it. Also, inspect the suction tube for clogs and clean it if necessary. Ensure the air vent on the suction tube isn't blocked. Verify that the material flow setting isn't too low and increase it if needed. Make sure the suction tube is tightly in place. Tighten the container to ensure proper pressure build-up. Check the air valve tube to confirm both ends are connected and the valve seal is in place. Replace the nozzle or nozzle seal if it’s missing. Change the air filter if it's clogged. Lastly, if the spray material is too thick, thin it.
