    Why is there little or no material flow from my WAGNER FLEXiO 990?

      There could be several reasons for this. The nozzle or suction tube might be clogged, so clean them. The material flow setting could be too low, so increase it. The air filter could be clogged, so change it. The spray material may be too thick, so thin it. The air vent on the suction tube might be blocked, so clean it. Ensure the suction tube is tightly in place. Check that both ends of the air valve tube are connected and the valve seal is in place. Finally, the nozzle seal may be missing, so replace it.
