  If your WAGNER Paint Sprayer has little to no material flow, several factors could be the cause. First, the nozzle or suction tube might be clogged, so try cleaning them. The material volume setting could be too low; try increasing it. Ensure the suction tube is properly inserted and that the container is tightened to build pressure. Finally, a clogged air filter can also cause this issue, so replace it.

Also, the material volume could be too large; decrease the volume setting. A pressure setting that is too low, requires increasing the pressure setting. The nozzle could be clogged, so clean it. A clogged air filter can cause this, so change it. Ensure the container is tightened to build enough pressure.
