5. Spare parts lists and accessories
5.1 How to order spare parts

Faulty and unserviceable parts are replaced in accordance with our General Terms and Con-
ditions of Delivery.
In order to be able to guarantee safe and smooth spare parts delivery, the following informa-
tion is necessary:
- Invoicing address
- Delivery address
- Name of contact persons for check back
- Type of delivery
- Quantity ordered, article number and designation
