Here's what you can do: * Refill the paint container if it's low. * If equipped, increase the speed setting. * Ensure the material selector is set to “PAINT”. * Clean and lubricate the O-rings on the filter assembly. * Thin the material if it's too thick. * Clean the spray tip. * Replace the atomizer valve if it is worn. * Clean and oil, or replace the piston if it's worn.

  If material is leaking from between the spray tip and locking nut of your WAGNER Paint Sprayer, try these steps: 1. Ensure the spray tip is securely tightened. 2. Unplug the sprayer, remove the spray tip, and reposition the atomizer valve. 3. Replace the atomizer valve if it's worn. 4. Replace the pump housing if it's eroded.

  If your WAGNER Paint Sprayer motor operates properly but doesn't spray, several factors could be at play. Try the following: * Ensure you've oiled the intake opening. * If using a remote suction set, hold the trigger for at least 3 minutes, thin the paint, and keep the sprayer level with the paint can during priming. If using a suction tube, hold the trigger for at least 20 seconds and thin the paint. * Tighten or replace a loose or damaged suction tube. * Clean or replace a plugged or worn atomizer valve, or replace it if missing. * Adjust the material selector to the “PAINT” setting. * Increase the speed setting if equipped. * Clean a plugged spray tip or filter assembly. * Thin the material if it's too thick. * Clean and oil, or replace a worn piston.
