Fixed Gear Adapter Installation - Part 1

Remove Axle Skewer from Trainer

Remove the axle skewer from the Wahoo Kickr trainer.

Remove Axle Nut and Spacer

Remove the axle nut with a 17mm spanner and set it aside.

Remove Cassette and Free-hub Body

Slide off the cassette and free-hub body from the trainer.

Fixed Gear Adapter Installation - Part 2

Remove and Set Aside Free-hub Spacer

Take out the spacer located behind the free-hub and keep it.

Install Fixed Gear Adapter

Gently slide the adapter onto the trainer's spline, ensuring full engagement.

Place Free-hub Spacer on Axle

Position the free-hub spacer onto the axle in front of the adapter.

Fixed Gear Adapter Installation - Part 3

Attach Fixed Gear Cog and Lock Ring

Screw the fixed gear cog and lock ring onto the adapter.

Position Bike and Fit Chain Tug

Mount bike, fit chain tug to dropout, and adjust chain tension.

Re-attach Axle Nut Loosely

Screw the 17mm axle nut back onto the axle without overtightening.

Re-insert and Tighten Axle Skewer

Re-insert the axle skewer and ensure it is firmly tightened.
