SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
Engine/PTO Belt - Model MB
1. To remove the engine/PTO belts:
a. Remove belt guard from underneath muffler.
Refer to Remove Belt Guard photo.
b. Relax the belt by depressing the spring-
loaded idler arm.
c. Roll the belts off the pulley one at a time and
remove the belts.

Push Idler Pulley
to Relax Belt
Idler Pulley
Idler Arm

Tension
Spring
PTO Drive
Pulley
Engine/PTO Belt (Engaged)
Engine/PTO Belt (Disengaged)
2. Reverse the removal procedure to replace the
engine belt.
