Summary

Canvas Stereo Introduction and Features

DI (Direct Injection)

Use DI mode for unbalanced, high impedance sources like guitar or bass. Converts signal to balanced via transformer.

LI (Line Isolator)

Use LI mode for unbalanced, low impedance sources like amps or keys. Maintains full volume, converts to balanced signal.

PAD and GND LIFT

PAD engages -15dB input pad in DI mode. GND LIFT isolates XLR ground pin to reduce hum.

SUM and THRU

SUM combines left/right THRU jacks for single amp. THRU is a pass-through for amps or other sources.

When to Use the Canvas Stereo

At the Venue

Connect instrument to a variety of sources, like guitar to DSP amp and then to Front of House.

At the Studio

Connect guitar to DSP amp, then to DAW for recording, offering flexible routing options.

Various Instrument Recording

Connect keyboards/synths to Canvas Stereo for routing to Front of House or DAW.
