3.6 First Commissioning
Checklist
1. Flange connections:
Check the screws (completeness and tightening torque)
Check the seals (quantity und position)
2. Installation:
Check the alignment (bubble level)
Check the screws (completeness and tightening torque)
3. shut o devices:
Check the spool valves (completely open)
4. switch on
5. Check the direction of rotation:
Counter-clockwise rotation (see gure)
6. Check the speed
Adjust speed (frequency converter operation)
Operating the pump with impermissible rotation can cause damage to
property.
Damage to the Rotor/ Stator.
• Clockwise rotation max 5min. allowed (rotation direction test)
