Failure to observe these instructions could lead to severe injury or death.
Always use extreme caution when drilling on any vehicle. Make sure that all fuel lines, brake lines, electrical
wires, and other objects are not punctured or damaged when / if drilling on the vehicle. Thoroughly inspect
the area to be drilled (on both sides of material) prior to drilling, and relocate any objects that may be dam-
aged. Failure to inspect the area to be drilled may result in vehicle damage, electrical shock, re or personal
injury.
Always wear safety glasses when installing this kit. A drilling operation will cause ying metal chips. Flying
chips can cause eye injury.
 Always use extreme caution when cutting and trimming during tting.
 Always remove jewelry and wear eye protection.
 Never lean over battery while making connections.
 Never route electrical cables:
Across any sharp edges.
Through or near moving parts.
Near parts that become hot.
Always insulate and protect all exposed wiring and electrical terminals.
Always install terminal boots as directed in installation instructions.
Always use appropriate and adequate care in lifting components into place.
Always insure components will remain secure during installation and operation.
Always tighten all nuts and bolts securely, per the installation and operation.
Always perform regular inspections and maintenance on the winch, winch mount and related hardware.
Never operate this WARN product with damaged or missing parts.

Front Plow Mounting Kit
Front Plow Mount Kit: 80558
Application: 2007 + Suzuki King Quad 450-750

Remove Front Skid Plate

Remove plastic rivets and shoulder bolts securing skid plate to front bumper.

Remove Lower Bumper Bolts

Use 12mm socket to remove lower bumper bolts on both sides of bumper.

Loosen Top Bumper Bolts

Loosen top bumper bolts to allow lower bumper section to rotate away.

Position Front Bumper Section

Fit Plow Mounting Bracket

Carefully move bracket into bumper and over front skid pan brackets.

Secure Mount to Bumper Flanges

Loosely secure Plow Mount to flanges on front bumper tubes using M8 bolts.

Secure Mount to Lower Frame

Secure rear tabs of mount to lower frame using M8 x 30mm bolts and spacers.

Tighten Mounting Bolts

Reinstall Front Skid Pan

Reinstall the front skid pan using original factory fasteners and a 10mm socket.

Install Plow Mounting Tab

Finally install the plow mounting tab to your Plow Tube Assembly.

Attach Plow Assembly Loosely

Install plow assembly loosely with provided fasteners, tighten after full assembly.

Maintenance and Care

Inspect Mount Hardware

Inspect winch, mount, and hardware for rust or deformation before each use.

Check Nuts and Bolts

Inspect and tighten all nuts and bolts; replace stripped or damaged ones.

Inspect Cables

Check all cables for wear or fraying and replace as needed.

Check Moving Parts

Inspect moving or rotating parts and remove any debris hindering movement.
