Adapt-a-Valve Installation

Step A: Turn off supply

Turn off main water supply and cold water supply to the faucet.

Step C: Attach adapt-a-valve

Attach the adapt-a-valve to the plumbing, choosing the correct configuration.

Step D: Connect green tube

System Start Up

Run water to flush system

Check for leaks

Filter Change

Turn off water supply

Turn needle valve clockwise on the adapt-a-valve to stop incoming water supply.

Remove filter housing

Turn filter housing to the left to remove it from the lid.

Replace filter cartridge

Remove and discard old cartridge, clean housing, lubricate o-ring, and insert new cartridge.

Reassemble and turn on water

Screw housing back on, turn needle valve counter-clockwise to restore water supply, and check for leaks.
