机油冷却器的拆装及维护

R6160 系列柴油机采水冷式机油冷却器，冷却器芯子由一束回流的铜管组成，机油在铜管内
流动，收管外冷却水冷却，在正常条件下，可保证机油温度在 85℃以下。使用时间长了以后，管外
会结水垢，管内可能会有污物滞留，须进行必要的清洗，以保证水、油畅通，提高冷却效率。
R6160 series diesel engine adopts water-cooling oil cooler. The cooler element is composed of a set of
copper back-flow pipe, the oil flows inside the copper pipe that is cooled by cooling water outside the
pipe. In normal case, the cooler can ensure the oil temperature below 85℃.However, the scale and dust
may be deposited in the pipe after a long time, clean it as required to ensure the smooth flowing of water
and oil, and to enhance the cooling efficiency.
注意：拆卸机油冷却器前要放掉发动机内的冷却水。
