拆下喷油泵与支架相连的螺栓，将
喷油泵拆下。
Remove the bolts connecting injector and
bracket, and then remove the injector.
将高压油泵端法兰从高压油泵上取下，对油泵进行检修或更换。
Remove the flange from the high-pressure pump, then check, repair or replace it.
检修完毕后将高压油泵端法兰安装在高压油泵上，并将喷油泵置于支架上，拧紧与支架的连
接螺栓。
After checking and repairing, install the flange onto high-pressure pump end, and place the injection
pump on its bracket, and then tighten connecting bolts.
注意：喷油泵安装时喷油泵凸轮轴与传动轴的同轴度不超过 0.1mm，如装配后测得值超出上
述范围，可用油泵支架定位圆弧面加垫片（往上调）和油泵支架与机体连接处加垫片（往外调）的
办法加以调整。
Caution: During installing the injector, the coaxiality of injection pump camshaft and driving shaft should
not exceed 0.1mm. After assembling, if the measured value exceeds the above-mentioned scope, it can
be adjusted by adding the gasket to the locating arc surface of the fuel pump bracket (adjusting upwards)
and by adding the gasket to the connection area of injection pump bracket and engine body (adjusting
outwards).
