5.3 由于柴油机零件损坏，柴油机工作时突然出现敲击声，遇到这种情况应立即停车检查，排
除故障后再使用，否则容易造成重大事故。
If knocks suddenly appear during engine running due to part damage, stop the engine immediately to
identify the fault, failure to do so may cause serious accident.

（1）连杆轴承发出强烈冲击
声，同时产生活塞顶撞气缸盖
的气门声，柴油机发出强烈振
动

vibration of diesel engine.
（1）连杆螺栓松动或屈服变形
Looseness or yield deformation of
connecting-rod bolts.
（1）紧急停车，更换连杆螺栓
Stop the engine immediately, and
replace connecting-rod bolts.
（2）气缸体下部听到清洗的敲击声
Clear knocks audible from lower
part of cylinder block.
（2）主轴承烧毁
Main bearing burnt.
（2）更换主轴承
Replace main bearing.
（3）在低速大负荷下，气缸体
内发出清晰的敲击声，但难以
听出响声出现的部位
Clear knocks from cylinder block
at low speed and heavy load, but
hard to locate the sound.
（3）连杆轴承烧毁
Connecting rod bearing burnt.
（3）更换连杆轴承
Replace connecting rod bearing.
（4）活塞碰击气门发出“当、
当”的响声，同时功率显著下
降，出现冒烟和振动
Sound of piston knocking against
air valve, with power dropped
remarkably, and smoking and
vibration happened at the same
time.
（4）气门弹簧断裂
Valve spring fracture.
（4）更换气门弹簧
Replace valve spring.
（5）紧固连接件松动后与各运
动件碰撞，发出刺耳的金属摩
擦声和敲击声
Connecting parts become loose
and thus collide against moving
parts, producing sharp metallic
grating and knocks.
（5）有关连接松脱
Relevant connections become
loose.
（5）检查并紧固
Check and tighten.
