Remedy
1）调速器故障
（1） 飞铁脱落
（2） 调整器弹簧断裂
（3） 限位螺钉变动
Speed Governor Failure
Fly ball drop-out.
Governor spring fracture.
limit screw is loose.
1）
（1） 检查修复
（2） 检查更换
（3） 检查调整
Check and repair.
Check and replace.
Check and adjust.
2）喷油泵故障
（1） 油泵齿条在最大供油位置卡住
（2） 齿条与拉杆连接松脱
（3） 齿条和齿轮啮合位置装错
Fuel Injection Pump Failure
Fuel pump gear rack seized at maximum fuel
supply position.
Disengagement between gear rack and pull rod.
Engaging position error between gear rack and gear.
2）
（1） 检查修理
（2） 检查并重新调整后紧固
（3） 检查并重新调整
Check and repair.
Check and tighten up after re-adjusted.
Check and re-adjust.
3）燃烧室内进入大量机油
（1） 油底壳内机油量过多
（2） 活塞与气缸套磨损严重、机油大量上窜
Excessive oil in combustion chamber.
Too much oil in oil sump.
Worn piston and cylinder sleeve, resulting excessive
oily smoke.
3）
（1） 检查油面位置，放掉多余机油
（2） 检查有关零件配合情况必要时更换
Check oil level, and drain excessive oil.
Check mating condition of relevant parts, and
replace them if necessary.
