12．水泵不吸水或供水不足
Insufficient water supply or water pump failure
故障原因
Causes
排除办法
Remedy
1）水泵内或吸水管内有空气
Air in water pump or suction pipe.
1）灌入引水取出空气
Fill water into pipe to drain off air.
2）水管堵塞或结冰（寒冷季节）
Water pipe clogged or frozen (in cold weather).
2）清理或加入热水，或预加防冻液
Clean and fill hot water or pre-fill antifreeze
liquid.
3）水泵密封装置或密封垫损坏漏气
Gas leakage due to sealing device or sealing gasket
for water pump damaged.
3）检修或换新
Repair or replace.
4）水泵皮带过松
Loose water pump belt.
4）检查并调整
Check and adjust.
5）柴油机水泵内结垢严重
Too much scale in the water pump.
5）清除水泵
Clean water pump.
6）水泵吸程大
Excessive suction head for water pump
6）按规定安装水泵
Install water pump as per specifications.
