● The weight difference between each connecting rod assembly is
29 g. There are C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K and L groups. The connecting rods
assembled on the same engine should be in the same weight group. And
the connecting rod body and its corresponding connecting rod cap should
have the matching numbers.
● Dismantle connecting rod bolts, then check whether they are
damaging or not. Replace them when necessary. Check and make sure
the matching number is right.
● Check whether the shell damaged or not before assemble
connecting rod shells. Replace them when necessary. Not allowed to
repair them.
● Clean inner wall of cylinder liner, crankshaft arm and piston-
connecting rod, then coat moving parts with clean lubricating oil.
● Turn the engine to make crankshaft arm at a proper position.
