HEATING ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
Before servicing the heater and its components, disconnect power from the machine and wait for
the jaws to cool down to avoid injury.
Remove the screws, and then carefully slide out the heating element. Disconnect the heating element’s
electronics from the back of the machine pull the wiring out of the blue tubing leading to the heating
element. Install a new heating element by following the same steps in the reverse order.
THE BLUE TUBES CONTAINING

INTERIOR OF THE MACHINE.
THE ELECTRONICS FOR THE
HEATING ELEMENTS ARE
STORED INSIDE THE MACHINE
AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE
ABOVE.
REMOVE THE BOLTS SECURING
THE HEATING JAW TO ITS
HOUSING BEFORE CHANGING
THE HEATING ELEMENT
WITHIN.
REMOVE SET SCREWS ON JAWS
TO ALLOW HEATING ELEMENT
TO SLIDE FREE.
