WE RECOMMEND THAT THE OPERATOR HAVE THE FOLLOWING TOOLS AVAILABLE WHEN MAKING ADJUSTMENTS OR
MAINTAINING THE MACHINE: METRIC ALLEN KEYS, METRIC SOCKET SET, METRIC WRENCHES, VOLT METER, SCREW DRIVERS,
TAPE MEASURE, RULER, CALIPER, ADJUSTABLE WRENCHES AND A GREASE GUN.
ENSURE THE MACHINE HAS BEEN LOCKED OUT / TAGGED OUT AND THAT ALL COMPONENTS ARE COOL TO THE
TOUCH BEFORE PERFORMING MECHANICAL ADJUSTMENTS.
INTERIOR OF THE MACHINE
The interior of the machine can be accessed by opening the doors located to the rear of the Swifty 3600
machine. The interior of the machine contains the power train motor, gear box, pneumatics, electronic
sensors and mechanical timing mechanisms. Adjustments to the Bag Opening and Bag Spreading
Stations may require to be made through the interior of the machine, as well as replacement of the
heating cartridge for the sealing station.
