CONTROL SYSTEM STRUCTURE
The Encoder attached to the
main shaft and reads the exact
position of the shaft axis then
sends the exact position of the
axis to the PLC. The encoder
pulses 2500 during the rotation
of the shaft and uses these
pulses to control timing of the
various bagging stations.
Adjustments to the various
functions of the machine can be
performed through the H.M.I.
