Locking and Unlocking

With the Premis App

Control your lock remotely using the Premis app and Siri commands.

With the Touchscreen

Lock and unlock your door using the touchscreen with a programmed user code.

Auto-Lock

Automatically re-locks the door after a set delay. Configurable via the Premis app.

SecureScreen™

Enhances security by displaying random digits before user code entry.

Lights and Sound

Status LED Colors

Indicates lock status (locked/unlocked) and battery level via LED color.

Sound

The lock provides audible beeps for normal use and programming.

System Alerts

X-pattern Alert

Indicates incorrect user code entry, no codes programmed, or programming timeout.

Checkmark & Lock Alert

Indicates low battery or door jammed during locking attempt.

Tamper Alarm Beep

Continuous beeping signals a tamper alarm due to cable disconnection.

Manual Door Handing

Resetting the Lock

Network Reset

Removes lock from Premis app and HomeKit, retaining user/schedules.

System Reset

Removes app/HomeKit data, users, codes, and disables Auto-Lock.

Factory Reset

Removes all data, users, codes, disables Auto-Lock, and resets settings.
