2. Use the screwdriver to loosen the two screws located on the sides and one on the
bottom of the lock
3. Remove the cover of the door lock
4. Slide the battery cartridge out from the top part of the door lock
5. Remove the old batteries from the battery cartridge
6. Put in the new batteries
7. Slide the battery cartridge back into the door lock
8. Reposition the cover and screw in all three screws back into place
